Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Lesson

The instructor takes you along Kailua’s pristine beach or even out to Flat Island for an introduction to Hawaii’s rediscovered tradition. Participants will learn basic paddling strokes and the secrets to turning and balance. Wildlife encounters are common due to the high vantage point while standing on a board. Look for sea turtles and fish around the coral reef.

• Adults - $249 + tax
• Adults (Private Lesson) - $439 + tax
• Adults (Private Group) - $339 + tax

Conditions

• Group Lessons: Ages 13-17 years may participate with a parent or guardian present.
• Private/Private Group Tours: 8 years may participate with a parent or guardian present.
• All Participants must be able to swim.
  

Package Includes

• Transportation from and to Waikiki
• 2-Hour Lesson/Tour + 2-Hours of Beach Time
• Stand-Up Board –NSP 11’6” or similar
• DLNR Offshore Islet Landing Permit
• Full EVA foam deck pad
• Surf leash
• Snorkel mask, boogie board and beach mat
• Lunch. Guests can choose from pizza, calzones Hawaiian plate lunch or Salads. Our pizza and calzones are made to order in the Beach Center at Bob’s Pizzeria. Our plate lunches are made to order at K&K BBQ where guests will find inside and outside seating. Salads are available at Bob’s Pizzeria or in Kailua Town at Aloha Salads.
