From Island Paddle Bliss
Beginner-friendly! Absolutely no prior experience needed in SUP or yoga to join.
All classes are 75 minutes long.
Paddle up for a fun and memorable experience out on the water. Come move in bliss, first thing in the morning.
We'll begin with a stand up paddle board introduction on land, followed by a full SUP Yoga class. Also included is time to paddle and grab some photos to take the experience back home with you.
A $1 transaction fee per person will be charged in accordance with local conservation authorities to contribute towards the preservation of ocean waters
