What is the Pearl Harbor "No Bag" policy?
No bags of any kind are allowed at the Visitor Center or on Ford Island. Lockers are available for a fee.
What should I wear?
Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are recommended. Avoid wearing bathing suits or inappropriate attire.
Do I need a ticket to catch the bus?
Bring your voucher or ID to show the bus driver. If you don’t have a ticket, your name will be on the passenger list.
48 HOURS NOTICE OF CANCELLATION, prior to tour departure is required for full refund; no-shows will incur a full charge. Maui Haleakala Sunrise tours require 72 hours advance notice. One Day Tours and One Day Tours with Helicopter – a full refund if cancellation notice is received up to 168 hours prior to the airport meeting time. If the tour is rebooked, there are no cancellations or refunds. Refunds or partial refunds for tours, activities, flights, or venues that are cancelled due to reasons outside of our control (weather, force majeure, etc.) will not be honored. Inter-island airline flight schedules are subject to change by the carrier and may be unavailable at the current tour price. For an additional fee, alternate flights may be an option but are dependent on availability and additional fees must be paid in full at the time of booking by the guest and are non-commissionable and non-refundable. Refunds for extenuating circumstances are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A valid doctor’s note submitted within 5 days will be required for each guest requesting a refund due to illness. Some tours require a minimum number of participants to operate; affected guests will be refunded or may rebook to a similar tour/product based on availability which may be subject to additional cost.
