What is the Pearl Harbor "No Bag" policy?
No bags, backpacks, or strollers are allowed at the Visitor Center or on Ford Island. Lockers are available for a fee.
What happens if Arizona Memorial tickets are unavailable?
If tickets are unavailable due to high demand, you will be offered an extended tour or a full refund.
What should I bring for ID?
A valid government-issued ID is required for airline check-in and TSA clearance.
168 HOURS NOTICE OF CANCELLATION, prior to airport meeting time for 1 Day tours is required for a full refund; no-shows will incur a full charge.
NAME OR DATE CHANGES after booking has been confirmed with the airline, will be assessed a change fee of up to $250 for flight change plus fare difference per segment or name change.
