Note: Please remember that we cannot control what the whales do or where they go each day. What we can provide is the highest possible chance of seeing whales due to our quick vessel speed and convenient departure locations.
Revisit Policy for Whale Watching Tour
- If you didn't see whales during your first tour, you have the opportunity to revisit for free from the second tour onward.
- Please note that a $7 per person fuel surcharge and handling fee are due upon arrival for revisiting guests.
- Free pickup service is not available for revisiting customers; you must make your way to the tour departure location directly.
How to Revisit if You Didn't See Whales on Your First Tour
- If you didn't spot any whales during your first tour, we will send you an email and text message with a link to choose a new tour date at no additional cost.
- You can use this link to select a new tour date without extra payment. However, please be aware that you'll need to settle the $7 per person fuel surcharge and handling fee at the check-in desk on the day of your revisited tour.
Late cancellation of any portion of your party will result in a late cancellation fee for that portion of your party.
All sales are considered final. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled activity. Any reservations not canceled within the terms of this policy will not be refunded.
SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS ARE A FULL CHARGE.
RESCHEDULING OF ANY PORTION OF YOUR PARTY WILL RESULT IN A $10 PER PERSON/PER ACTIVITY FEE.
NO SHOW IS NON-REFUNDABLE
