08:30 AM: Meet at designated pickup location; transportation provided to the first farm.

09:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Visit a local taro farm; learn the history and agricultural practices of taro farming; work with farmers in taro fields.

11:15 AM - 12:15 PM: Tour a second farm, focusing on traditional Hawaiian crops; taste and learn about native fruits and vegetables.

12:30 PM - 02:30 PM: Traditional Hawaiian cooking class; prepare poi, laulau, and poke using fresh, sustainable ingredients.

02:30 PM - 03:30 PM: Enjoy a communal meal, savoring the fruits of your labor surrounded by new friends and the stunning Hawaiian landscape.

03:30 PM: Depart from the farm and return to the pickup location by provided transportation.
